because every thick fat butt girl i see at school or in public always has a popular/cool boyfriend.
and it makes me think i am neva going to have one. |
| It depends on the girl and what kind of guy she likes. I mean, i usually only date black guys. But no matter what the race is, a girl isnt gonna wanna give any guy who doesnt get her attention the time of day. You have to get out there and talk to the girls you like. Have confidence man. |

| Without a doubt, the single best weight exercise for those areas is the Heavy Barbell Squat. How to do it will be described in the link below; too many words to type in here.(pictures don't give the whole "picture"...there are some technicalities you should know about) As for how many: initially, experiment with the amount of weight you put on the barbell and then, use as heavy a weight as you can that will allow you to complete 6 to 8 repetitions using good form, and not having to strain TOO hard for the last rep. Rest for 3 to 4 minutes, then repeat, using the same weight. Rest (again) for 3 to 4 minutes, then repeat...and then, stop this exercise for the day. (you have just completed 3 SETS of 6 to 8 REPETITIONS) This is a very strenuous exercise and should NOT be repeated every day. I would rest for 5 to 6 days before doing thigh exercises again. This will give the muscles a good chance to rest and recuperate (grow). After you have COMFORTABLY increased the number of repititions (at that same initial weight) to 10 reps, increase the weight in the same manner that you did initially, again only up to 6 to 8 reps. (This technique is for building size primarily and differs slightly from strength and flexibility type weight exercises...here you are shooting for max weight used in the exercise). DON'T CHEAT by decreasing your rest days...you can actually DECREASE muscle size by not allowing adequate time for the muscles to recoup....also, you'll overly fatigue yourself...rest is VERY important. (Don't forget your nutrition either...but that's another ballgame, eh?) |

| lower body weight lifting with heavy weights and low reps, don't listen to that lady up there distance running is just more cardio, i mean its good for you and helps build endurance and strength but you said you wanted bulkier legs,and all of that running will do the opposite long distance running builds slow twitch lean muscle which is smaller and compact, short distance sprints like 100m 200m build fast twitch muscles which are for extreme strength,speed and are bulkier/bigger. Sprinting up hills,squatting and doing lunges with dumbbells will help activate these muscles, and if you want to remain small on your top half than do cardio for the abs lower back upper body and sprint and lift weights for the lower.Also when you lift weights you should lift every other day to give the muscles time to recover and grow. Cardio is good for building smaller leaner slow twitch muscles but is not good for building bigger muscles,you should look up bulking and cutting |

Tone them up...they will look sexy no matter what size they are...
My thighs aren't skinny either, but I Learned how to use them to make them look sexy......
you just need to practice and see what sitting postions, or movements make them look hot....
I don't cross them (like one leg on the other because it makes my thighs look bigger) I make sure my feet are both on the floor and I cross them that way...try not to sit where your upper legs are flat on the chair... try to sit where you can lift you knees thus making your thighs less big....

| build up your muscles and eat a lot of protein. make sure you eat enough. 2000 calories is reccomended per day. if yoou want thick legs then go jogging or running. i played soccer for a few years, whcih had a lot of running, and my legs got reallly muscular. i definately recommend running, and do it every day. |
What do you think of a person with a big butt and thick thighs wearing short shorts? Ok so i'm one of those people that gain weight mostly in the lower body and I feel that I kinda look weird in short shorts. This is because pretty much every girl I see wearing short shorts has thin thighs and a tiny butt. | I have a big butt and thick thighs and I still wear short shorts. Sorry, but there isn’t a law out there saying that curvy girls can’t wear short shorts. And why should only thin, skinny girls wear short shorts and get away with it? Sorry, I like seeing girls with a bit of meat on their body, and I really feel good about myself when I see other curvy girls wearing short shorts, dresses, etc and how they look good in it. If you’re proud of your body and you like to flaunt it, go for it. Why should anyone judge you and tell you not to wear this or that when you have the perfect figure to look in good in particularly anything? And if a person has stretch marks and cellulite, how is that MY problem in any way? If they have the confidence to flaunt it, let them be, who the heck am I to tell them to stop wearing revealing clothes? We shouldn’t judge anyone but ourselves, seriously. We shouldn’t point out anyone’s flaws because no-one is perfect at the end of the day. |

I believe she asked how to gain weight, not lose it...
It all depends on your body. Some people gain weight in only certain areas so even if you ate more, there's a chance it will go somewhere else rather than your butt and hips.
Try eating more to see where the weight goes. I'm cursed with my tummy growing first and then everything else follows which sucks.
Also try doing squats and look up leg exercises. You should be able to build up muscle.

| eating a lot of ice cream and chips and candy. pop and pork rinds macaroni and cheese lots of butter and milk. bread. lots of macaroni salad, potata salad, salad dressings, bacon, deep fried chicken, gravy, half and half instead of milk, but youre more likely to clog an artery eating all that before you get big so take it easy. btw why????? |
