| Buy a (41 yr old Grandma here) 34 B or C cup. Measure your chest under your pits and nipples. If you want real falsies, go find a place that sells prostetics for mastectomies. Tell them your wife is a B or C and get those. They don't sell fake boobs in department stores, but they might in Fredricks' of Hollywood. They would only be enhancers, tho. With the panty size, depends on how low you want to go. Don't do thong. Measure your hips just above the pubic hair. It also depends on where you go as to the size. I will explain. I am a petite 5'7" 127lb female of 41 years. At Walmart, in the ladies department, I wear a large. At a very expensive department store, I am a petite or extra small. Just tell the ladies at the store you choose that your "wife" is very slim and has the same size hips as you. Then pick one size bigger for the pouch unless you plan on tucking it back.
